UNRIVALED IN INFLATABLE TUBE FABRIC GRADE
As part of our commitment to innovation, all of our smaller models ranging up to 10ft/3,10mts are designed using an 820 CSM Orca® Coated Fabric. Considered the heaviest and strongest fabric in their segment, this brings an extra element of protection and, with it, greater resistance, and durability. In practical terms, this means approximately 50% more tear and 20% extra UV resistance compared to other brands that just use a 215 CSM Fabric.
SUPERIOR POWDER COATING
All of our AB aluminum inflatable boats feature a Chrome-free Pretreatment before the powder coating application. Here’s why:
Superior anti-corrosive resistance: All AB aluminum inflatable boats are made with the best marine grade aluminum which provides protection against corrosion. If your preference is to have your aluminum dinghy powder coated, our chrome-free pretreatment also provides additional anti-corrosive resistance.
Superior Adherence: this chrome-free pretreatment technology helps to increase the adherence of the coating to the aluminum hull once it is applied.
We also believe in fulfilling your needs to the best of our ability, so we offer the option of having your Aluminum boat powder coated or in bare aluminum. If you want to have the outside of your tender bare aluminum and the inside coated, we can do it for you, too.

GUARANTEED RESISTANCE AND DURABILITY
When it comes to a tender’s welding, there are many questions you should be asking: is it completely or only partially welded? Are there any irregularities in the shape of the welding? Is it even welded at all? Ultimately, the answers to these questions will determine the quality of the aluminum tender you are looking for.
More often than not, the aluminum structures of aluminum tenders available are not reinforced with welding, ultimately increasing the probability of serious short- and long-term damage. That’s why we make all of our AB Aluminum tenders completely welded – never partially – using regular shapes a faultless finish. This reinforces and ensures unmatched resistance, durability and longevity.
You will also notice that on all of AB’s lifting points are, not only reinforced, but vertically position to avoid any bending, ensuring a better and safer grip.
To ensure we achieve a superior grade of reinforcement, all of our welders have been specifically trained and certified under the renowned American Welding Society (AWS).

The floors of our AB Aluminum open tenders offer the widest internal deck space compared to any other brand, with a 20% flatter surface. All designed with a high capacity bow locker – enough to comfortably fit a 6-gallon (24 liter) fuel tank – and a clean, flat deck, all of our tenders delivery efficiency, stability and comfort.
Whether you’re looking for a single floor deck like the Lammina Ultralight or a double floor like the Lammina Series, any model can be designed and manufactured to fit your space and capacity needs. Our Lammina Open Series AL and Alumina models, both double floored, are also created to have all fuel lines going directly under the deck from the bow locker to the transom – this means unobstructed floors and more space for provisions.
